Rankhyttan Manor never sleeps. Inside the many rooms, one can
really feel that the
old building shelters some kind of spirits or energy. Lights turn
of and on, furniture
move and sounds like knocking and music can be heard. A former
owner of the house,
forester Dybeck, shot himself in one of the rooms. He nowadays
haunt his old house.
When walking around in the house, many of the visitors can tell
exactly wich room
Dybeck shot himself in. How? Most of people say that that specific
room just felt
cold or scary. Rankhyttan also houses an old lady walking around as
a pale shadow.
She wears old clothes and seems to belong to long lost ages.
Nothing more is known
about her. She often fades away when someone discovers her. The
third ghost at
Rankhyttan is an former gardener that refuses to leave his old
duties. If one visit
the garden, it is not unusual to hear the sound of the gardeners
scissors as he cut
the hedges.
