Geocache Description:

This cache is located on the cliff tops adjacent to what must be one of the oldest buildings in Newquay, the old Huers hut dating back to the 14th Century. You can park your car in town and walk along the coastal track towards Pentire or park at Pentire and walk towards town. Either route has lovely views. The name of this cache does relate to the location - the hut is where fishermen of old would watch for shoals of pilchards and then direct the waiting fishing boats to the shoals.

The container is a a normal tupperware container. Be very careful when retrieiving as this place can be crawling with emmets in the summer months.
