Find the Lost Bomb

Background:

A few years ago an aircraft was on a training mission to test a new enemy targeting device by using dummy bombs. The aim was to test the accuracy of the targeting device. Unfortunately the bomb-releasing device had an electrical problem causing the accidental release of the bomb. At the time of the accidental release, the aircraft was flying at 25000 feet (7620 meters) above ground level at a speed of 195 knots (100 meters per second) and a true heading of 50 degrees. The coordinate of the aircraft was S25 54.729 E028 12.628 when the bomb was released.

Your mission is to calculate the location where the bomb hit the ground. You can use the following formulas to do that. Please do not round off too much as this might lead to inaccurate determination of the location of the bomb. Assume that there is no air friction acting on the bomb.

To check your calculations (after rounding).
Where the final calculated coordinates is S25 AB.CDE, E028 FG.HJI,
A+B+C+D+E should be 25 and
F+G+H+J+I should be 11

Good luck! Team_Gecko
