Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the posted location, but is relatively nearby and more direct for Magellan users.

A projections gone wild cache (PGW) originally placed for the GAG8 event.

Find the following 4 locations and project the lines that connect them. You will find the cache where the lines cross in the middle. To ensure that you have the same precision that I used for determining the waypoints, each image has a visual reference point and coordinate information. However, only the most precise portions of the coordinates are provided. There are sufficient clues for one to deduce the missing digits in the coordinates. You will need to determine the same coordinates that I used so you will have to move the waypoints around until they match the pictures and the missing digits are revealed.

Extra step: For Garmin GPSrs, take your calculated coordinates for "X" and subtract from the North coordinates 02°29.769' and add 01°07.616' to the West coordinates. For Lowrance GPSrs, take your calculated coordinates for "X" and subtract from the North coordinates 02°29.721' and add 01°07.545' to the West coordinates.

It is interesting how small changes in location of WP 1, 2, 3, or 4 will result in a big change of the final cache location, so if you are having trouble in the field, find the object in the hint and project along the given bearing.

The posted location is a large roadside remembrance and the cache name was not intentionally to be a metaphor. The idea for this probably originated in my head from binthair's Where Am I cache. I just took it in another direction. The cache is relatively nearby.

Cache description and initial contents: A camouflaged peanut butter container with some necklaces of course! (see Initial Cache Contents).

PLEASE do not include spoilers in your logs. Logs with spoilers will be deleted immediately. If you believe there are problems with the cache setup, please advise me privately by e-mail so that I may fix them if necessary.
