Klil Ha'horesh Traditional Geocache
Isracacher: Unfortunately picnickers in this beautiful forest area have made this into a garbage dump. Not a nice area for a cache anymore. Perhaps one day we can do a CITO event and clean it up.

In forest near Zurigal
15/3/08 - updated coordinates: N 32o 13.340, E 34o 59.090
The cache is called "Klil Ha'horesh" which is Hebrew for the Judas Tree. They are now in bloom (March) with their magnificant purple flowers in the area of the cache.
The cache is in a vitamin container. Has some coins and a plastic necklace with bubbles and a list for logging in visit. Please bring your own pen or pencil.
You can drive by car to about 100 meters from the cache, but we recommend hiking there from the entrance of the forest which is less than a kilometer walk. You can also combine this with a 2 hour hike with the Tzur Natan geocache. If you do continue to hike, be careful with children until you go out of the forest. The area has lots of interesting rocks and caves, but it can also be dangerous to slip and fall into holes.
Picnic area in the forest.
