Cache is located in the Waterworks museum on the back table. It's very interesting to see how the dams were built and it's well worth a visit!
The museum is "supposed" to be opened at about 11am and close at about 2pm. If it's closed then I suggest asking the staff at the house to open up for you, because they do get lazy sometimes.
But having said that, I must apologise to the cachers who have ventured up only to find the museum locked.
To solve this cache you might want to go have a look at the Auto-graphic Rainfall Gauges....
