There is a place where you can park your car that is about 50 meters from the given coordinates. At the given coordinates you will find a notice board. In the provided picture you will see a notice board that has been vandalised by someone spray painting all over the board. It is up to you to go to the board and see the non-vandalised board and collect characters off the board which are needed to calculated the final coordinates of this cache.
Please note that spaces, commas or brackets do not count as characters.

Ok once you have the needed charactes from the board you will then need to use my encryption method to get the next set of variables. The next set of variables will consist of both integers and characters.
The top set of characters relate to variables in the bottom row.

Once you have the needed variables it it just one more quick calculation to determine the final coordinates.
But wait theres a trick. You cannot just subtitute each hex integer for a decimal integer. You need to covert the entire number from a hex number to a decimal number.
