This cache is placed on the magnificent Swartkop Mountains!
On a good day, this peak has the best view in the entire mountain range! A complete 360 degree view!
It's a relatively easy walk up from Simonstown but most definitely worth it!
If you have the time, I would highly recommend walking the whole Swartkop mountain range from Simonstown to Cape Point entrance. This is a 12km hike along a magnificent mountain range with unrivalled views!
It's not a difficult walk, but here are a few points as a guideline to make sure that you follow the correct route up to the cache:
To access this cache, one can park at:
S34 11.967
E18° 26.918
Then head up the jeep track to the stone cairn at:
S34 12.046
E18° 26.755
Turn Right onto the footpath and head west towards:
S34 12.006
E18° 26.564
Head up to the following coordinates and when you reach them make sure you take the path that goes back up to the South-East (the cache direction):
S34 12.047

From here you should head up past the blockhouse.
After the blockhouse, turn off towards the peak at:
S34 12.621

Follow this path all the way to the top!
Cache is in a tricky little area, you'll be able to see it before you can reach it! :)
I think the original clues were a bit too crypic? So to make it slightly easier I have added the following:
The coordinates should take you directly above the cache. The cache however is in a darker area, but absolutely no mad climbing is needed!!
Please replace it exactly where you found it, making sure that it's steady!
