Another cache of the Vienna Park Rally series. The cache tour leads through the 3. district of Vienna. The tour is approximately 5 km. You can reach the starting point with public transport (Wien Mitte / Landstraße).
Attention: Some parks can only be accessed during daytime!
Notes:
* Dogs are not allowed in every park!
* You never have to enter a dog's zone!
* We also recommend taking a map with you! Some parks are very well hidden!
Waypoint 1:
N 48°12.365
E016°23.240
Take a sit and count the "sunbeams" above your head for A. [If the park is closed, and you cannot get in, take the hint]
Waypoint 2:
N2=N1-(A*6+8)
E2=E1+(A*A*2-67)
Here you can find a red spiral. How many whole circles you can count? Take the number for B.
N3=N2-(A*B*2-29)
E3=E2+(A*B+26)
How many tree trunks (=Baumstämme) you can see here at your eye-level standing very close together? Take the number + 1 for C=A/2.
Waypoint 4:
N4=N3-(A*B+B*C-B)
E4=E3+(A*C-B*C)
Here you can find a special mirror. Take the third letter of the name and transform it into a number and take it for D.
Waypoint 5:
N5=N4+(B*C-A*D+15)
E5=E4+(A/C-D*B+3)
Add the two days you can find here for E.
Waypoint 6:
N6=N5-(E*C/2-4)
E6=E5-(D-E*D+8)
Look around and you will find a plate with some information about the place you are standing. The coordinates are not entirely accurate, and there are two identical plates near the entrance. Take the last two digits of the phone number and add them to get F.
Waypoint 7:
N7=N6+(D+B-F*E*2)
E7=E6+(F*E-1)
This is an exceptional place of the third district. At the given point you should have a look around to identify three letters on a green background (because the seeked building has gone - CMS is the answer - the area is still worth to be seen.). Take the third letter and transform it to a number and take it for G.
Cache:
NC=N7+(A*B+G+33)
EC=E7-(G*C-D*B-47)
Congratulations. Now you are at the hiding place.
We wish you a nice tour and much success.
