Geocache Description:

The cache is located just off the towpath, about 1 mile from the car park, along the towpath. 3/4 of the path is wheelchair friendly, but then narrows.

This cache is a medium sized ammo box located in the area of the crossing of the river Perry and the Montgomery canal. One of the highlights of the restoration of this section of the canal, was the installation of this bridge. The bridge was lowered into place as a single section by a huge crane and caused a considerable amount of interest to local people. If you spend a couple of minutes to look over the bridge you can often see the footprints of mink in the mud, you may even be lucky enough to catch sight of one as they are resident in the river.
The original contents of the cache are:-
A set of plastic measuring spoons,
Hippo clip,
Wax crayons,
Pocket magnifying glass,
Activity glasses cord,
Toy car,
Fridge sticker,
Anklet chain
Headphones,
2 Pens
"Little White Bull" TB.
