How can I make you this incredible offer? Here are the details... I didn't get it listed before I entered a hiatus in caching. 2.5 years later I went back and verified that the cache is still in place. The log was still dry! Incredible! 2.5 years ago, doing a puzzle cache based on soduku was cutting-edge! This is practically a time-capsule! Check out the vintage swag - probably worth a fortune in the Antiques Roadshow!
Not only will you reap the vast glory by being the FTF, but there's more! When I went to check on this cache, I hiked for about 1/2 a mile. When I got to the cache I discovered that a different way in meant it was now virtually a park-n-grab!!

Be sure to use modular (or "clock") arithmetic (e.g. if you get a result of "56", the digit you use is "6") to get a result of a single digit, 0 => 9 for the coordinates.
