"Team
Sludge" was born at the Swept off to France Event, where we went
caching together and got thoroughly covered in sludgey mud.
However, now we think we have got quite muddy enough and we are
organising a nice warm dry pub event on the Sunday 26th Febuary
2006.
The Fox and
Hounds pub is attractive stone building wich is over 200 years old
and lies directly fronting the road, with a spacious car park
behind, making it a convenient place to stop for those travelling
by car. Venturing inside you will find a cosy bar area together
with a spacious non-smoking restaurant which can seat up to
64!!.
The co-ords
above are for the pub.

We will be
meeting up at 12.30. The pub does food until 3.30pm. The pub
welcomes kids (hooray!) but does not allow dogs
(boo!!).
The event will
allow the usual chance to gossip about caching, catch up with old
friends and hopefully make some new ones and of course swap TBs and
log geocoin collections! There are 20 caches within 10 miles of the
pub, so it is highly likely that we will go and form into caching
groups and take the chance to bag a few local caches. Yeah, I know,
we could not resist the mud for that long... it will be a good
chance to walk off the food and beer!
