This is a Green Acres area. The cache is NOT in any of the bird houses. You can park at the sign for Blackwater Pond off Brewster Road or at the newly added bike trail.
The cache is NOT in any of the bird houses. Kia, my canine cacher(who never found a cache yet) and I walkabout this Green Acres preserves several times a week just because it’s the most secret, secluded, untouched by humans and not a gum wrapper or cigarette butt to be found. We always see deer, turkey, colorful birds, crazy new plant life and even the most beautiful rainbows! If you followed the dirt trail you would see maybe a hundred Bluebird houses.
Please respect the land and the wild life. In the summer you’ll find a mowed path to the left of the field bordering the woods. When you see the sign 15 feet from GZ, it just makes you want to sing along! Visited today and see they paved the trail all the way up to 50 feet from the cache!
