Geocache Description:

You seek an ammo can at the posted coordinates in Hatbill Park, a 15-acre Brevard County park at the North end of Hatbill Rd. Park features include a boat ramp accessing the St. Johns River, shoreline fishing, Primitive camping by permit on weekends, and port-o-lets. For camping information, call 321-264-5037.

My friend Bjorn is a brilliant chef from Stockholm. We correspond on a regular basis, and I’ve been telling him about Geocaching. Recently, Bjorn surprised me by telling me he hid a cache on his last trip to the United States. Bjorn’s not much of a computer person, so he mailed me a letter explaining where the cache was hidden. Since Bjorn doesn’t even know how to spell GPS, I had to find it the hard way. Once I found it, I nabbed the coordinates so everybody could join in.

Since Bjorn did go to the trouble of hiding this cache, I’ve added a rather unique requirement for logging a find; Obviously, you need to sign the logbook. You also must post your log in Bjorn’s native language, so that he can read them. No English allowed! LOL! Here’s a copy of the letter Bjorn sent, which should explain the difficulty I had in locating the cache.
