Neverland Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

drew8: Went out to check on Tinkerbell last Sunday and couldn't find it. Hunted through my geostuff for a replacement and do not have one. No one cares about puzzles anymore anyway with this thing sitting here for two years unfound. Archived.

Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the above coordinates. Nearly a park and grab once you figure it out.

It was 2 o'clock in the morning, and John's mind was alive with thoughts of Neverland. What an exciting time they'd had! Being captured by pirates, visiting a real Indian encampment, and talking with actual mermaids! He still couldn't believe that they had made it home, and already wanted to go back. But how could they?

Michael turned over in his sleep as John snuck out of bed. His brother and sister had both fallen into a deep slumber as soon as they'd returned, but John just couldn't. He straightened his glasses. If I just logically think about this problem, a solution will present itself, he thought. Could he manufacture pixie dust? Certainly not. He thought back to when they first flew out the window. He was too excited at the time, but he remembered Tinkerbell was mumbling something the whole time. Now what was it? AH! Wasn't one of the words something like Alnilam? Yes, he was sure that was one of the three words, but the others? Was this a magic incantation to get us flying?

Then John had a flash of inspiration. Tink was stuck in that drawer for quite a while before we left. There must be some pixie dust left in there. He quietly padded over to the desk, and pulled the drawer completely out. After knocking the sides softly a couple times, he was able to create a good sized pile of dust that he carefully poured into a test tube from his science set.

An hour later Wendy awoke to see John's chalkboard full of calculations. John was just finishing up and saw that Wendy had a disapproving look on her face.

"What are you doing up at this hour, John?"

John's mind was swimming. "Oh, Wendy, I've just completed my analysis of the pixie dust left in the drawer. I believe we can return to Neverland!"
