This is a
relatively easy multi-cache. The co-ordinates given are not for the
cache itself, but for nearby parking. Please note that the area
appears to be popular with dog walkers. Please take care when
retrieving and hiding the cache. The lid is currently a bit stiff
so please make sure it is on tightly to prevent water
ingress.
The area looks very different from when we first placed the
cache. A lot of the saplings etc have been removed by the local
community service gang. This means the area has lost much of its
eerieness. After completeing the cache spend time looking at the
graves. There are many war graves here, which deserve to be
remembered. Now much of the area has been cleared and there is
access to the graves, locals have adopted them and are maintaining
them.
There are
no additional clues for each location - the answers should be
fairly obvious. The clues can be completed in any order although I
would suggest finding clue 3 last. Those with nerves of steel may
wish to complete this hunt when it is dark – although I would
recommend taking a torch….
The cache
is in a clear tupperware container with some items for swapping.
When originally placed it contained the following:
Some
stickers
Pack of
plasters
Dolphin
nail-brush
2006 pocket
diary
compact
mirror
red
car
‘Point
