Vrch Lesný (983m) je spolecne s Lysinou (982m) nejvýse polozenou
cástí Slavkovského lesa. Slavkovský les má charakter náhorní
plosiny s nejvyssí oblastí na jihu nedaleko obce Lázne Kynzvart.
Tato chránená krajinná oblast tvorená prevázne zulovým podlozím
byla vyhlásena roku 1974. Ve Slavkovském lese je zastoupena celá
rada vzácných rostlin. Rozsírená Arnika horská se stala symbolem
této oblasti.
Na Lesný muzete vyrazit z Lázní Kynzvartu po zluté znacce kolem
zríceniny hradu Kynzvart (nezamenovat se zámkem!!) a z rozcestí na
N 50d01.789', E 12d37.557' se vydat prímo k vrcholu. Na tomto
rozcestí zluté, modré znacky a silnice také muzete zanechat
plechového milácka.
Cástecne zalesnený vrchol Lesného nabízí pouze omezený rozhled
do okolní krajiny, presto je návsteva tohoto místa významne
nezasazeného turismem príjemným zázitkem. Na vrcholu naleznete
vrcholovou knihu. Tradicní geokes je nedaleko.

Forest hill (983m) is together with Lysina hill (982m) the
highest place of Slavkov forest. Slavkov forest is plateau with
highest area on the south near the town Lazne Kynzvart (Spa
Kynzvart). This region with granite subsoil was established as
nature protected territory in year 1974. There is also a rich
representation of rare plant types. Typical one Arnika horská
(Arnica montana) became as a symbol of Slavkov forest.
The Forest hill you can visit by walk from Lazne Kynzvart using
yellow marked pathway passing ruin of old Kynzvart fort (do not
confuse with chateau). On the crossroad of yellow, blue pathway and
road (N 50d01.789', E 12d37.557') you have to head straight to
Forest hill. You can also leave your car on this crossroad.
Partially covered peak of Forest hill offers just limited
lookout of surrounding landscape. Even this visit of this quiet
area is nice experience. You may find summit register on the top of
the hill. The traditional geocache is not far from the peak.
