Chtel bych Vás pozvat do zvláštní scenérie bývalého lomu Bucník. Když sestoupíte na dno kráteru a necháte se unášet fantazií … predstavíte se napríklad westernová mestecko, kráter na mesíci , nebo proste neco co hned tak není k videní. V samotném lomu krome snení mužete spatrit porcelanit který je dokladem jedné z dávných geologických epizod. Pred nekolika desítkami milionu let zde do hornin usazených v dávném mori -pískovcu a jílovcu pronikly z hlubin zeme žhavé horniny - andezity. Na jejich vzájemném kontaktu vzniklo velmi pestré mineralogické zrudnení a soucasne i velmi atraktivní šperkarská surovina – porcelanit. Obdobných nalezišt je jen nekolik v Evrope.
Do samotného místa se dostanete z E 50, kdy vozidlo mužete zanechat na souradnicích N48 58.330 E017 47.854. Doporucuji se z tohoto místa, po cestách, presunout na místo nacházející se na souradnicích N48 58.844 E017 47.531 odkud projdete po rímse k cache. Místo, kde se cache nachází prináší nádherný pohled do lomu.
