Ein Mikro am Ufer der Gritzer Seen in der Lasörling-Gruppe, in etwa 2500m Höhe.
A micro at the shores of the Gritzer Seen (lakes) in the "Lasörling" mountain range, at about 2500m/8200ft height.
Das Ziel ist auch bei nicht ganz optimalen Wetter erreichbar und einen Besuch wert, denn der Reiz dieses Ortes (für mich) liegt in dem "natürlichen Amphitheater", das die die Seen umringenden Berge bilden, und dafür braucht man ja keine Fernsicht.
Einige mögliche Wege, in aufsteigender Schwierigkeit:
- Fahrt bis zur "Speikbodenhütte" oberhalb von St.Veit
- Anstieg von St.Veit über Gritzer Alm
- Für die Harten: Anstieg vom Virgental durch das Virgentörl
Im Winter ist der Cache praktisch unmöglich zu erreichen!
Hier sind keine MTBs erlaubt!
The destination is reachable by not so optimal weather conditions, too. The special appeal of this place (for me) is the "natural amphitheatre" of this location built by the surrounding mountains. For this you don't need too much range of sight.
Some ways to get there, with increasing effort:
- Drive up to "Speikbodenhütte" above St.Veit and start there
- Start to walk in the village of St.Veit
- For the leathernecks: Ascend from the Virgen valley through the Virgentörl
The cache will be almost impossible to reach in winter!
There are no mountain bikes allowed around here!
