Go to the listed coordinates. There you will find a Geological Survey sign and a brass cap. On the brass cap there is a four digit number. Assign each digit to a letter as show below and prepare to do some simple math to find the final cache location which is hidden nearby.
First digit = V
Second digit = X
Third digit = Y
Fourth digit = Z

A = V + Z
B = X - V
C = Z + X - V
D = Y - 2V
E = Y - X + V
