DocDiTTo: The time has come to write the final log on High & Low. I've really enjoyed looking at the pictures and reading the logs from this cache over the years. A huge THANK YOU goes to all of you who took the time to write a detailed log of your visit to this cache. Every time I read the logs it puts a smile on my face and I often wish I could have been a participant during your adventures.
All remnants of this cache have been removed thanks to philflyboy & crew so there's no more cache to find. Still, this area is special and extremely fun to visit regardless of whether there's a log to sign. For those who want to check out the area here's some location info:
All 3 stages of High & Low were located along the orange-blazed Conestoga Trail near Pequea in Lancaster County. The nice river overlook that's shown in so many pictures here is called House Rock, and it's located at N 39° 52.740 W 076° 22.141. The parking area to use is at N 39° 52.267 W 076° 22.076. If you hike from the parking area to House Rock you'll pass the entrance to Wind Cave right along the trail. Wind Cave was the location of the final cache and is the subject of the "Passing Wind" earthcache by CCCooperAgency (GC1773M).
I'd encourage everyone to visit the area, hike the trails and check out the cave. Special places like this are hard to find, so take the time to enjoy them.
