Die äußere Dose dient nur zum Schutz, sie ist nicht wasserdicht.
Die beiden inneren Dosen (eine für Logbuch etc., eine für Trades)
bitte wieder gut verschließen und in der äußeren Dose verstauen.
Diese bitte wieder aufrecht zurücklegen.
Um diesen Cache zu heben sollte man schon etwas Zeit einplanen.
Am besten einen kleinen Tagesausflug daraus machen (der lohnt sich
so und so). Immerhin sind circa 1.000 Höhenmeter zu überwinden. Bis
zur Zwischenstation geht das auch gut mit dem Mountainbike.

Immer dem Schild „Guggenberg“ folgen. Etwas vor dem
Parkplatz zweigt dann südlich ein Forstweg Richtung
„Zunigalm“ ab. Hier fahren die Mountainbiker
weiter.
Vom Parkplatz dann entweder steiler aber kürzer durch den Wald
(der Pfad geht gleich hinter dem Mühlrad los, immer den rot-weißen
Markierungen folgen) oder bequemer aber länger über den Forstweg
(dann auf der Straße wieder etwas zurück gehen bis zum Abzweig) bis
zur Zwischenstation.
Dort kann man sich dann nach etwa zwei Stunden Fußmarsch erst
einmal mit einer anständigen Brotzeit stärken (offen nur etwa Mitte
Juni bis Mitte Oktober).
Von da geht es noch ungefähr eine halbe Stunde weiter Richtung
Zunigsee. Über das Versteck müsste man dann eigentlich fast
stolpern. Rückweg entweder wie Hinweg oder über Dolomitenblick /
Malereck zur Zwischenstation.
Wer nach Heben des Caches noch genug Puste hat, kann außerdem
die Gipfel des kleinen und/oder Großen Zunig mitnehmen.
Ach ja, der Name. Schaut vom Cache genau nach NO, dann seht Ihr
den Großglockner – Österreichs höchster Gipfel.

Bei Schneelage dürfte der Cache eher nicht zugänglich sein.

To find this cache you ought to spare a little time. You best
plan a short day trip (it’s worth it anyway). After all the
trip includes an elevation gain in a 1.000 m [3,300 ft.] range. Up
to the rest site you can just as well ride your mountain
bike.

Always follow the signpost “Guggenberg”. A short
distance before reaching the car parking there starts a forest path
southward in the direction of “Zunigalm”. The mountain
bikers will take that way.
After parking your car take the steeper but shorter trail
through the wood (starting directly at the back of the mill-wheel,
always following the red-and-white markers) or more easygoing but
longer the forest path (then you go back the road a little to where
the path starts).
When reaching the rest site after about a two hours march you may
refresh yourself with a hearty “Brotzeit” [i.e. a
rustic meal] (available only mid of June to mid of
October).
From there you proceed roughly for another half hour in the
direction of “Zunigsee”. Then you should come across
the hiding place. Take your way back as you have come or via
“Dolomitenblick” / “Malereck” to the rest
site.
If you are not too exhausted you may add the summit of
“Kleiner Zunig” and/or “Großer Zunig” to
your trip.
About the name. Standing at the cache and looking exactly NE
you will see the “Großglockner” - highest summit
throughout Austria.
