Geocache Description:

Do not search for the cache at above mentioned coordinates. In certain circumstances there would be a statue of Jurij Pavlovic Necachenko – probably one of the most genius music composers of all times./Na uvedenych suradniciach cache nehladajte.

Jurij Pavlovic Necachenko (at the picture) was born in St. Petersburg, Russia on 1861 as a third child in the family of the naval officer and the housewife. His mother was playing piano and taught him to love music. After graduation at St. Petersburg Music School J. P. Necachenko started to work as a teacher of the music in the families of St. Petersburg nobility. In one family he met Czech noblewoman Karolina Lobkowitz and fall in love. He was so in love, that after she came back to Prague, he moved also. But the love of the young lady was very short – Necachenko was only a poor young man and without an noble birth. Unhappy composer decided to remelt his frustration and disappointment into his first opera – he called it Oh, my treasure (we know he meant Karolina :). When his friend, Czech famous composer Bedrich Smetana saw the hand writing of this opera, he was fascinating and arranged the premiere of the opera in the building of the new Prague National Theater. But it was year 1881 and as we know – in this year the building of the new theater burnt. The tragedy for Necachenko and whole cultural world was a fact, that the only existing manuscript of this magnificient opera was inside of the building. Necachenko, young music genius, did not carry this inflictions. When he heard about the tragedy, he jumped into the waters of the Moldau river and his body was never found. Only the first page of the large opera Oh, my treasure was saved – because of scatterbrained Smetana forgot it inside of his coat. Thanks to him we can admire at least this piece of cake. Click here and enjoy :).

The cache contains only the pencil, sharpener and the condolence book. If you will search for the cache, remember this unhappy genius and write a note to his condolence book. Retrieve the cache softly due to the sustainability for the other admirers of Necachenko. R.I.P.!

Nestastny skladatel sa rozhodol svoju frustraciu a sklamanie z nestastnej lasky pretavit do svojej prvej opery, ktoru nazval O, moj poklad. (Myslel tym samozrejme Karolinu :) Ked si rukopis tejto opery precital znamy cesky skladatel Bedrich Smetana, neskryval nadsenie a dohodol premieru opery v budove noveho Narodneho divadla. Vdaka nemu mozeme aj my obdivovat aspon kusok tohto majstrovskeho diela. Kliknite sem a kochajte sa :)

Cache obsahuje len tuzku, orezavatko a kondolencnu listinu. Nech odpociva v pokoji!
