Das ist der zweite einer (kleinen) Reihe von Caches entlang des Liesingtalradweges.
Um den letzten zu finden, ist es Voraussetzung, die anderen gefunden zu haben.
Trading bitte nur im letzten Cache.
The second one of a series of caches alongside a cycle track called "Liesingtalradweg".
To get the last one, you have to find the other ones first.
Trading only in the last cache

Der Liesingtalradweg ist teilweise asphaltiert, teilweise unbefestigt.
Die Gesamtlänge aller Cacherouten beträgt ca. 25 km, die Caches sind also durchaus in einem Stück zu erradeln.

The track is partly paved, partly not.
The overall length (all caches) is about 25 km, so it is possible to do all of them in one piece.

St 1 - Der Startpunkt

Hier verschwindet die Liesing in die Unterwelt.
Ihr Weg teilt sich kurz hinter dem Schlund. Zähle die Wege und nenne ihre Zahl A.

Besonders mutige folgen ihr, die anderen bleiben am LTRW.


St 2 - Karibik

Hier siehst du einige Segelboote und eine neu errichtete Festung. Fahre mit einem der Segelboote zum Wrack einer spanischen Galeone.
Aus wie vielen Segelbooten kannst du wählen? Nenne ihre Anzahl B.


St 3 - Das Riesenspielzeug

Hier hat das Kind eines Riesen mit Steinchen gespielt.
Wie viele liegen noch herum? Nenne ihre Zahl C.


St 4 - Das Grab des Riesen

Irgendwann vor langer Zeit beschlossen die Menschen, sich hier niederzulassen und große Türne zu errichten. Und weil es bei einem Gebäude Glück bringt, ein Lebewesen einzumauern, und die Riesen außerdem lästig wurden, haben sie sie eingefangen und einfach in das Fundament eingemauert.
Einer versuchte dann, wieder herauszukommen, aber er schaffte es nicht. Aber bis heute sieht man vier seiner Fingerspitzen, den Daumen und drei andere Finger.

St 5 - Der verborgene See

Hier gibt es einen geheimen See, der von den anwohnenden Gnomen eifersüchtig verborgen wird. Nimm die Nummer der neu errichteten Gnombehausung mit dem runden Dach und nenne sie E.


St 6 - Das Tor

Manchmal versucht die Liesing, aus dieser irrealen Welt auszubrechen.
Dann wird sie zurückgehalten.
Die Trolle, die das tun, haben sich eine Nummer gegeben, lies diese von der Tafel an der Brücke ab, sie sei F.


St 7 - Orkus

Nun musst du in die Unterwelt, an einen der schönsten Plätze in der Gegend.
Damit du die Schrecken auch mitbekommst, ist die Unterwelt beleuchtet.
Zähle die Lichter und nenne ihre Zahl G.

Hier kannst du verweilen, deine Wasserflasche nachfüllen, dich ein wenig austoben und die Endkoordinaten ausrechnen.

St 1 - The Starting Point

Here the Liesing disappears into the underworld.
Her path divides shortly after the maw. Count the ways and call their number A.

Very daring persons follow her, the others use the cycling track.


St 2 - The Caribbean

Here you can see some sailing boats and a new fortress. Take one of the sailing boats and start an excursion to the wreck of the nearby stranded spanish galeon.
How many sailing boats are there for you to choose? Call their number B.


St 3 - The Toys of the Giant

Here the child the giant played with stones. A few still are scattered around.
Call their number C.


St 4 - The Tomb of the Giant

A long time ago the humans of the area decided to settle here and so built great towers. And as it is auspicious to wall a living thing in when you build and as the giants where a plague, they caught them and walled them in. One of them was not dead yet and tried to dig himsel out. He was not entirely successful, but you can see parts of some of his fingers. One is missing. Is it the Besides his thumb you can see his

St 5 - The Hidden Lake

There is a secret lake, jealously guarded by gnomes. Take the number of the new abode with the round roof and call it E.


St 6 - The Gate

Sometimes the Liesing tries to escape from this dreamworld.
But she is not allowed to.
The Trolls that take care of it gave themselves a number, you will find it on a board at the bridge. Call it F.


St 7 - Orkus

Now even those who did not go into the underworld at stage 1 have to go there.
As you are supposed to see the the scary stuff down here there is some illumination.
Count the lights and call their number G.


St 8 - The Resting Place

Here you can stay for a while, refill your water bottle, have a some fun, and, last but not least, calculate the final coordinaates.
