Greatland Reviewer: Hello katnsag:

This cache page has been archived due to the lack of response to one or more prior Reviewer Note(s) about issue(s) with the cache. If you would like to have the cache unarchived, please contact me through my profile as soon as possible before another cache gets placed nearby.

Please note that unarchiving a cache page requires it to go through the same review process as a newly proposed cache, using the cache placement guidelines currently in effect.

Geocache Description:

Hike to cache starts on paved trail then off trail through variable bog terrain. Wet feet are not uncommon for the careless hiker. Walk slow and enjoy this bog and it's hearty flora and curious fauna.

CAUTION: This is spring calving territory for moose so keep your eyes peeled and give ample right of way if necessary to be safe.

This cache used to be named ThreeThree but due to compass bearing change of it's namesake runway I have renamed it ThreeFour as of 5/29/2006.

ThreeFour is dedicated to Runway 34 (fromerly 33) of Merrill Field. During the hike you will most likely be buzzed by mosquitos as well as the occasional Piper Cub or Maule. Enjoy their approach. Pictures of planes passing are encouraged.

Original contents of cache included: a yo-yo, flag patches, matches, chapstick, a green lanyard with bottle opener and a yellow logbook. Container is thin ammo box.

This cache is the birthplace of 2 Travel Bugs:
"Hello World" and "Cairns92"
