An easy cache to do, overlooking the Theewaterskloof Dam.
The cache is situated on a hillside overlooking the Theewaterskloof Dam, which is the main storage dam serving Cape town.The cache is best approached from the R45 road between Franchhoek and Villersdorp. Park at the entrance to the Dead Trees Filming site at S34 00.175 and E019 11.338. The cache is on the opposite side of the road and a short way up the hill, hidden in a cavity under a rock which is closed by a few rocks. Enjoy the view!
