The Flight Recorder is a 2 stage cache that leads you to a bit of
hidden State College history. The cache is flight themed so try to
trade flight related items.
Stage One is at the coordinates listed above. To compute the final
cache location you must get some information from the public
building at the location. Parking is FREE for the first 10 minutes
so don't dawdle. I believe the building is open 24 hours a day but
I could be wrong.
Inside the public building you will find two plaques (note they
are not next to each other)From the two plaques you need the
following info:
Plaque 1: A= Year the building opened
Plaque 2: B=Number of People the building is dedicated in memory
of.
C= A-1422
D= 1400/B
The final cache is located at:

The final cache is not co-located and will require driving. There
is parking close to the final cache and it is easily accessible but
it may be difficult to find. Please do not park in any of the
neighborhoods and/or walk through anyone's yard. Use the hint if
you can't find the parking. The significance of the final
location is explained inside the cache.
