This is a real easy cache location to find. There is ample off road area to park your vehicle while you will spend some considerable time looking for the cache. I was going to give it a 1-1 rating for the easy access. Some may feel that the difficulty rating should be a up the scale or peaked at the top.
Quincy is relative new for geo-caching. There are a few new cachers living here. (myself included) While here, you may want to grab Farm Art, and Tip Toe thru the Tulips. These two caches are about 1 mile away on or within a block of SR 28. Now there are three Welcome to Quincy Caches. Welcome to Quincy #2 on SR 281 (South side of town) and Welcome to Quincy #3 on SR 28 (on the East end of town).
While at the cache location enjoy all of the flowers planted along SR 28. We are very fortunate to have Mrs. Norma Kulp a master gardener spend countless hours every year planting, pampering, and caring for all of the flowers, and weeding the flowrer beds. The Quincy Beautification Committee has done the labor of planting trees along the State Routes through town.
