Geocache Description:

This is a 50 Cal ammo box, hidden in Shorne Wood Country Park.

Shorne Wood is a SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest), so please be careful when searching for the cache as to not disturb the plants or wildlife. The people that care for the woods have been very kind to allow us to place the cache here so please bear this in mind. The cache site is near 'The Yew Tree' on the red circular walk.
There is adequate parking at the vistors centre at the cost of 50p a day (Sundays and bank holidays £1), but is well worth it for the walk.
