I believe this historically rich area is quite beautiful in the twilight hours when you can envision the tall forests that once encompassed the lake. A band of native americans with their horses crossing the pass and stopping perhaps to water their animals at this little lake. Perhaps you can envision an encampment near the lake, whisps of smoke rising from warming fires and the spinning of yarns around the fire as stories are passed between generations.
