ScubaAl: Going to have to archive this one. Went by today to check it out but came up empty.
Looks like the city is putting a walking path nearby, so might be a nice spot for someone else to place a hide.
BTW for anyone that searched for this hide and DNFed it was not placed in the stump, at least not originally.

Cache is located at Marsh Lake Soccer Fields
West side of France Avenue S. at about 96th Street
Park features:3 soccer fields for use by permit only.
There is plenty of parking next to the cache.
Cache is located only about 25 feet from the pavement.
Should be a quick park and grab.
Please bring your own writing utensil.
