Geocache Description:

This cache used to be called 'Altar of Sacrifice'. A semi-dangerous site so if you have kids keep them under your control and close to you. This place has a superb view.

The cache is located inside an existing wall of a Middle Bronze Age village 2000 B.C. The holes in the ground are silo pits for storage of grain (info. from MALTA : Prehistory and Temples by David H. Trump [Midsea Books Ltd.] Pg. 263) AVOID SUNDAYS TO VISIT THIS CACHE -----------------------------------------------------------
