The things you find in the strangest places?
The coordinates put you in front of a site you wouldn't expect here in the heart of Arlington. Find the pictures on the left wall (as you face the fence) and the stairs on the right. Count the pictures and walk down that number of steps. The cache will now be in reach. You should not be able to see the container if it is replaced correctly. Please be discreet and rehide out of view. Thanks!
