Detective Jones has come to a dead end with solving this murder case. In order to resolve the case, Detective Jones has handed over the case file to you, a PI. While Jones concentrates on capturing the murderer, it is your task to look for clues, and find Stoddard's missing documents.

At the parking coordinates park on the grass next to the boom. You'll need to ask the guard at the boom to let you into the area. He'll unlock the gate for you and let you in, and watch your car. At the time of placing the cache, a very friendly Sipho was in attendance. While not necessary, a little tip will probably be welcome. Plug in the cache coordinates and follow the path up until you are close to the cache before deviating off the path.
Update: Some dictator has kept the gate locked and removed the key from security disallowing public access to a public area. Nevertheless, thanks to intrepid caching by RiverGod, you can find an entrance approximately 450m west of the parking coordinates. This may well be closed off at some stage as well, but it is unfenced at the moment (May 2007). There's an alleyway between two houses. In the mean time I shall endeavour to either resolve the key situation (hah hah) or perhaps find a more permanent looking entrance. So if no luck at the parking coordinates, try this alternative.
Note: There have been incidents at other caches in the area so always be mindful of your security.
Jan 2017 Update (Tx Delbadore)
Access point: South - subtract a degree from the final coordinates and add 843 to the decimal minutes. East - add a degree to the final coordinates and subtract 350 from the decimal minutes.
Parking: South - subtract a degree from the final coordinates and add 636 to the decimal minutes. East - subtract 34 from the decimal minutes.
