Geocache Description:

There's fishing, hiking, bathrooms, and canoeing at this beautiful Green Acres area. Parking is close to “Kia wants a Quacker” cache on Elmer road.

The first one was Tuesday June 6, 1933 in Camden, New Jersey.
It was invented by Richard M. Hollingshead.
Admission was 25 cents per person.
During World War II a defense tax was included in the admission price.
The first offered was “Wife Beware.”
By 1949, there were 155 throughout the country and by 1957 the total reached 3700! This was certainly the heyday.

Where else can you see a dancing hot dog?

Wear your pajamas outside the house?

Steam up the windows?

Or hide the trunk of your car!

Like cool daddy-O, the good old days are back. So put on your poodle skirt and cruise on over!

My first one was Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, what was yours?
