For those of you unfamiliar with Yoga, this cache will be a great
introduction to the mental and physical challenges of Yoga. Yoga
consists of many poses that are meant to be eased into, and held
for several seconds, while using your powers of concentration to
breathe deeply and block out all surrounding distractions.
Upon arrival at ground zero, you may sign the log for a smiley
face. Bring your own pen.
If you would like a second smiley face, you must choose 2 of the
following Yoga poses and post 2 pictures of yourself in both
positions on this page.
You will notice a utility box with the number 1200 TCM. This
number MUST be visible in your photographs or your log will be
deleted.

1. Paripurna Navasana
2. Adho Mukha Svanasana
3. Vrksasana
4. Salabhasana
5. Ardha Chandrasana
6. Prasarita Padottanasana
Now, don't fret if you can't completely get into the poses that
you choose.
Just give it your best shot, and you will get an "A" for
effort!
