Geocache Description:

The site is off the A431 Air Balloon Road. In the dip turn down Troopers Hill Road and use the entrance at the corner of Greendown and Troopers Hill Rd, parking is easier here. The majority is pathed, but if it’s been wet take your wellies. This area is child & dog friendly. The cache can be reached within 10-15 minutes.

Troopers Hill in St George, East Bristol, is on a hillside overlooking the River Avon that has been quarried and mined in the past. The hill contains a fascinating mix of history, wild plants and animals. With heather and broom, rocky crags, spoil heaps and gullies, and stunning views, Troopers Hill is one of the most spectacular wildlife spots in the city, and a great place for walks. More information on the immediate area can be found on (visit link)

The Cache is a ‘Tupperware’ box wrapped in a carrier bag.
