Randolph and Sarah McCoy moved to Pikeville to get away from the
Hatfields after the feud.
They lived in the last house on Main Street at the corner of
Scott Avenue.
Randolph earned a living running a ferry across the river.
Sarah died before Randolph (date unknown) and Randolph, died on
March 28, 1914.
Both are buried in the Dils Cemetery
along with their son Sam McCoy, their daughter Roseanna and
Sam's wife Martha.
The House still stands and is currently home to a local
merchant.
There is no need to disturb any landscaping as the cache is not
located on the store property.
