Una vecchia e importante Pieve dedicata a Sant'Appiano - One old and important Church dedicated to Sant' Appiano

Fra le colline della campagna Toscana, nella Val d'Elsa fra Siena e Firenze, si erge questa bella Pieve romanica (visita interna della Pieve: Sab-Dom 16-18 info: 055 8075622 / 8052230) dedicata a Sant'Appiano. La chiesa di Sant'Appiano è la pieve romanica più antica del medioevo toscano con mirabili affreschi e dipinti della Scuola fiorentina. Rimaneggiata ed in parte distrutta nel corso dei secoli, presenta ancora stupendi resti ben conservati. Da visitare anche l'Antiquarium annesso alla Pieve (orario: invernale Sab-Dom 15-18 estivo Sab 16-20; Dom 15-20)vedere anche (visit link)
La cache, molto facile da trovare, è un contenitore per pellicola 35mm contenente:
-log-book per segnare la visita (NO LAPIS !!!)
-Mollettina in legno
-mini Gabibbo in plastica
Visto la facilità del nascondiglio state MOLTO attenti a non farvi scorgere !!!!

This church is stand on the hills of Tuscany, into Val d'Elsa, between Florence and Siena ( open visit on Saturday and Sunday from 4 pm to 6 pm).The church is dedicatd to Saint Appiano. The church of Sant’Appiano is the oldest medieval Romanesque parish church in Tuscany with fine frescos and paintings by the Florentine school. It was reworked and destroyed in part during centuries, it still show some remains in good condition. You must visit also the "Antiquarium", attached at the Parish ( schedule: winter Sat.Sun. 3 to 6 pm , summer .....) see also .......
The cache is very easy to find, is a 35 mm. film container and inside is:
Log-book ( NOT PENCIL)
wooden clothespin
mini plastic figure
PAY ATTENTION to people, the cache is in an easy to watch place...
