Geocache Description:

When I was in high school, the words "County Line" could only mean the primo surf spot in Sounthern California between Malibu and Oxnard. This remote location did not have life guards and the Sheriffs from LA and Ventura counties didn't patrol there. In other words, anything goes. You could camp on the beach, party all night and surf the early morning glass. Here at this county line there are also no life guards and you can party all night but if you walk the nose to hang ten, watch where you step.

The cache is a camoed 35mm film can.
