Wedeler Hafen Traditional Geocache
Marmotte: Na Toll, Samstag erneuert und Sonntags bereits gemuggelt. Frage mich langsam, ob ich meine Caches zukünftig mit dem Member-Only Attribut versehe. In letzter Zeit kommen doch verdächtig viele meiner Caches abhanden.

Der Cache kann vom nahegelegenen Parkplatz gut erreicht werden, und trotz Ausflugs- und Sightseeingverkehrs relativ unbehelligt gefunden werden.
Die Geschichte von Wedel war schon immer eng mit der Existenz der Elbe verbunden. Seine Bedeutung hat der Strom für die Stadt auch heute noch. Erst Mitte der achtziger Jahre endete die jahrhundertelange Nutzung des Schulauer Hafen als Wirtschaftshafen. Heute wird der Schulauer Hafen hauptsächlich vom Segel Verein Schulau genutzt, er bietet Platz für 180 Segel- und Motorboote.
Der Cache könnte bei Sturmfluten auf- und davonschwimmen, daher ist er vorsichtshalber mit einer Leine gesichert, und von oben mit einem Stein beschwert. Bitte verstaut ihn wieder entsprechend.
