If you've traveled on I-476 you've probably seen this many times before. Take the opportunity to view it close up!
NOT for small children as there is no sidewalk and the find involves crossing two highway on-ramps as well as some steep overgrown inclines. Park across the street from the Radnor Hotel on Radnor-Chester Road at 40 02.358N, 75 21.939W. This is the parking lot with the Bank of America, Dr.'s offices, etc. Alternately you can park a little further away in the Microcenter lot. Watch the traffic and be careful on your short hike (approx 3/4 mile roundtrip). The cache location makes a great spot for a picnic!
