Geocache Description:

Climb to the top of Amajuba Mountain

Historic site of the Battle of Amajuba. Fantastic views await the cacher - you can literally see 3 towns from the top. This is a difficult one and takes at least an hour to get to the top. Take the "Amamjuba" turn-off from the N11 between Volksrust and Newcastle - this road will take you to the parking area listed below. Also the starting point for the South African 2005 TB Race!
