Dieser Cache benötigt ein wenig Vorbereitung. Der bekannte Mathematiker, nach dem er benannt ist, hat drei Vornamen. Einer davon wird jedoch nur selten genannt. Übersetzte die Buchstaben dieses Vornamens mit einer Handy-Tastatur in die Zahl A. Dabei ist nicht zu beachten, wie oft die Taste gedrückt werden muss. Die Zahl hat folglich genausoviel Ziffern, wie der Name Buchstaben hat. (A+249,82)/3 ergibt die Nordkoordinate des Cache in Sekunden.
So vorbereitet begib dich zur Startkoordinate. Dort findest Du ein Denkmal und Parkplätze. Nur wenige Meter entfernt steht ein Denkmal zu Ehren von Gauss. Es ist vom Startpunkt nicht zu sehen. Suche es. An drei Stellen des Denkmals innerhalb des Zaunes findest Du Zahlen. An der Ersten sind es 12 Ziffern. Diese werden nicht benötigt. Die beiden weiteren Stellen umfassen jeweils 4 Ziffern. Von der kleineren Zahl ziehe 7,54 ab. Das Ergebnis sind die Sekunden des 10. östlichen Längengrades vom Cache.
Um den Cache zu erreichen, brauchst Du keine Zäune überklettern. Jedoch ist ein Hindernis zu überwinden. Das Hilfsmittel dafür ist vorhanden, aber am Ende verschlossen. Tarne den Cache bitte wieder sorgfältig.

This cache needs some preparation. The famous mathematician this cache got its name from has three first names. One of these is mostly not given. Transfer the characters of this first name as on the keys of your mobile phone shown into number A. It doesn't matter how many times the button needs to be pressed. The number has as many digits as the name has letters. (A+249,82)/3 is the north coordinate of the cache in seconds.
After this preparation go to the start coordinate. There you will find a memorial and a car park. Only some meter away is a memorial of Gauss. It is not visible from the start location. Look for it. At three spots at the memorial inside the fence you will find numbers. At the first spot are 12 digits. Those are not needed. Both other spots contain four digits each. Take the smaller one and subtract 7.54. The result gives the seconds east from E 10° of the cache.
To enter the cache it is not needed to climb a fence. However an obstacle has to be overcame. The tool is available, but locked at it's end. Please camouflage the cache carefully.
