Cuenta la leyenda que la princesa Abdelazia, al ver que los
cristianos se acercaban a su castillo, vendó los ojos de su caballo
y a galope fue directa a un precipicio para no caer en manos de sus
enemigos que querían conquistar su castillo. Su caballo,
instintivamente, se detuvo justo antes de caer al vacío, pero no
fue suficiente, los dos cayeron al precipicio en el lugar llamado
hoy en día: “El Salto de la Reina Mora”.
Aún se pueden observar las marcas de las herraduras que su
caballo dejó al borde del precipicio. Lo que no cuenta la leyenda,
y es un secreto de los habitantes del lugar, es que Abdelazia
escondió su tesoro antes de morir. Encuéntralo!!!
