On top of a mountain, overlooking famous Namibian Tourist HOT spot - the water bubbles over!!!
The cache was placed with many of our other on our Namibian 4x4 Tour last year, but, SHAMEFULLY, I lost the paper with the coords and details. It originally contained our traditional club sticker, 4x4 toy, log book and a Geocache Card (laminated) explaining the game.It was well hidden in some rocks (we thought!) away from the 'flag pole' with bras and panties which stand atop the mountain. A stiff 1 hour walk / scramble!A kind Geocacher, Helmut Kutzberger, also known as 'skaut' found it and did some investigation, and promptly, after sending photos to me, solved the 'missing' GEOCACHE saga. Thanks Helmut - yes, I am embarrassed, but hey, now we have another wonderful cache.The cache is not in the original spot placed, but seems to reside in the Visitors Book metal bin on top of the mountain, so non geocachers are handling it too - may start a new movement!Anyway, keep tabs on theing, it eluded me once, never again!Regards
