Steve Brown: I am very sorry about the KCopoly series. My webhosting company wiped out the ability to host my perl asp's and I have given up hope that they are going to fix it. Without this ability the KCopoly series is doomed. It has been a fun series and I'm very sorry to have to archive it.

KCopoly is a series of caches that draws ideas from the original Monopoly Game.

KCopoly in a nutshell is a Geocaching game where you find a KCopoly Geocache Site and while at the site you look around the area for a word or words that remind you of one of the squares on the original Monopoly Board. For example: You locate a KCopoly Geocache Site and you see a nearby "Street Sign" that has the words "Boardwalk Ave." on it. You will need this information to claim your KCopoly Title Deed.

Here are the steps to play KCopoly:

Find the geocache site using the coordinates listed above with your GPS.
REMEMBER THE PASSWORD at the top of the log sheet located in the cache.
Bring your own pen/pencil and sign the log sheet with the date and your name. (Use one or two lines per find, Please. Log ONLY, no trade items, Please.)
Look around the area for a word that reminds you of a square on the original Monopoly Board.
Log your find on Geocaching.com in the usual manner.
Log your find on the KCopoly Website to claim your Title Deed and get credit toward the "KCopoly Grand Cache".

The ONLY way to get the coordinates to the "KCopoly Grand Cache" is to find and log all the KCopoly Title Deeds. The "KCopoly Grand Cache" is a regular size cache and contains lots of goodies. The KCopoly Board will show your progress toward the "KCopoly Grand Cache".
