A mystery challenge which if you should accept it will take you
around West Yorkshire.
The above co-ordinates are not the
final location for this cache, which is some where within the West
Yorkshire boundary.
To find the cache you will need to visit six virtual caches, the
locations for these are given on 6 Travel Bugs. Each bug has two of
the six locations printed on it, so you will only have to find 3 or
4 of the six TB’s. This is to cater for TB’s being out
of circulation between caches. Please keep the TB’s within
West Yorkshire. E.G. TB Miles Apart #1 has positions for A & Z.
Obtain the numbers from the caches at these sites & substitute
them into the position below. TB Miles Apart #2 has another two
positions printed on it for B & Y, again obtain the numbers as
directed and substitute them.
The end location is given by N53° 5A.BC2 W001° 3X.YZ4
A, Find TB Miles Apart #1 or #6. Divide the distance to Borobridge
by 12.
B, Printed on TB’s Miles Apart #2 & #4. Add 1 to the
distance to Wakefield.
C, Will be found on TB’s Miles Apart #3 & #5. Half the
distance to Keighley.
X, Find the TB’s Miles Apart #3 & #4. Divide the whole
number by 2.
Y, Printed on TB’s Miles Apart #2 & #6. The distance to
Halifax.
Z, Will be found on TB’s Miles Apart #1 & #5. Add 16 to
the distance to Huddersfield and divide by 10.
This will give you the co-ordinates to take you to the final stone,
the cache is hidden close by. Remember these figures you are going
to need them for the next bit...
Just add the total of the digits after KIRSKILL HALL to 406. Then
add this to the North Co-ordinate, and add the total of the digits
after the churches to 139 and add this to the West Co-ordinate.
