Tartu is famous for its university. The cache brings you to the main building of the university.
You are looking for a film canister. You may need something long (like a pen) to retrieve it. The cache contains only a logbook, so be sure that you have something to write with.
There are always many people around during daytime. It might be a challenge to get the canister and put it back without being noticed.
Note: We currently live abroad but we will visit Estonia regularly and can maintain this cache. In case of emergency our friends will take care of it. --Anu&Taavi
