Geocache Description:

Pohodova cache pobliz silnice, hospody, reky ... proste Jizni Cechy. A calm cache close to the road, pub, river ... simply South Bohemia

Cache je umistena na ceste ke vchodu (a pobliz pamatniku) u domu, kde bydlel ve 20. letech prvni president samostatneho Ceskoslovenska - T.G.M.

Cache je plastova krabicka od filmu.

Plana n.L. byla za 1. republiky oblibenym letoviskem, takze je typickym mistem, ktere se koncem dovolenych scvrkava a uticha. Jizni Cechy obecne jsou do dnes oblibenym cilem vyletniku na kolech, lodich nebo „jen“ pesky.
Doporucujeme navstevu zbytku obce, zejmena:
- Galerie „U Rudolfa“ (Hrusinskeho ml.) na mistni Telegraph Road (hlavni avenue)
- Obed „U Maxima“ tamtez
- Luznici na lodi … velmi oblibene

Cache is placed close to the gate (and the memorial) to the house, where the first president of the independent Czechoslovakia – T.G.M lived in the 20th.

The cache is a 35mm film canister.

Before WWII, Plana was a famous holiday centre, so it is exactly the place that shrinks and mutes with the end of the holiday. Actually, Southern Bohemia has always been one of the favourite places where people head to for cycling, boating, or “just” hiking.

We suggest you to visit the rest of the town, especially:
- Gallery “U Rudolfa” (belongs to a famous actor and artist) at the local Telegraph Road (main avenue)
- lunch at “U Maxima” at the same place
- do some canoeing at the river … very enjoyable
